Shipping Countries

We currently only offer shipping to South Africa.

Product pages contain important shipping information, please read carefully the product page and note lead times and shipping times.

We are considered an essential services company as we supply masks to the public and should be able to deliver your order within the specified time, however due to the nature of the “state of disaster” in South Africa – unforeseen delays may occur. If delays in delivery happen, we will notify the client as soon as reasonably possible and attempt to resolve the problem.

Shipment processing time

24hrs Delivery Online Applied to Certain Areas ( Upper Highway, Westville, Umhlanga ) in Order to Get 24hrs Delivery An Order on our Website Must Be Placed Before 1pm.. after 1pm online placed an order will fall under next day.

under such circumstances where riots, nationwide protest or unexpected disaster, an emergency 24hrs May remain closed.

All orders are processed within 5 – 10 Business days, we use standard express courier to deliver to all locations within South Africa.

Order is dispatched same day as soon as Payment is verified, Except Public Holidays..

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Third Party Courier Service

Currently We use various Courier Services such as PAXI PEP Store ( Counter to Counter Pickup ), SA Postal Service, Self Organized Courier etc..

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

The standard shipping rate across South Africa is R60 (This number can change without notice as we rely on our courier partners for shipping – please review the shipping charge carefully in your cart), if you place a large order this amount may be adjusted based on the size of the order.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

Some orders will have tracking number ( Paxi & SA Postal Service ) – a Shipment Confirmation email will be sent to you once that order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes

There are no customs and duty tax to be paid on any order, as we source all our products from local suppliers.

Damages

Value Chain Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
